Tips

When playing Mini Warriors you want to grow in strenght as quickly as you can. Underneath you can find possibilities to do so.

Growing your army

Stages to play

When playing your army grows gradually by increasing your prestige and therefore the number of heroes you can use.

The best way to grow prestige as quickly as possible is by having as much battles as you can. In theory (so apart from spending crystals) you have 288 energy to spend every           24hrs. Depending onyour level it would be best to focus on the normal stages as a lower/medium level player. Therefore you have 48 battles every 24hrs. (if you would play           only the elite stages this would be only 36 battles) So focus on Normal stages

Gold

When your heroes gain levels more and more gold is needed to upgrade them. It is impossible to level them all up with the gold you earn after stage 50. This is simply because

the speed in which you you levelup your prestige is too fast to accumulate all the gold needed to level up all your heroes. After this stage it is wise to do 50% normal battles           and 50% elite battles in which you focus on the scrolls. Use these scrolls in the academy to upgrade the personal skillof your heroes. every level up by scrolls increases your           attack strength by 5%. So combine normal and elite stages after lvl 50!

Purple gear?

Gear increases you attack strength quickly. Dont waste time on green or bleu gear. Purple is the only one that counts. Its hard to get due to low drop rates but when it comes         it increases your army quickly. Howeverin the early stages you need strength too. Than Mailof the Bear and Helmet of the bear is what you want to have but switch to purple assoon asavailable. Due to the differences in gear the order to get the purple ones is Weapon, Helmet, Ring, Body, Feet. It doesnt matter how fast you get it, but do         get it. this will give you an edge. So focus on purple gear asap

Pinecone's tips

TL/DR
- Use silver refresh and never buy gold goblet.
- Level up your heroes’ skills when you’re stuck. Don’t farm equipments or spend too much gold leveling up your minions. The core of your army is your heroes.
- If you have enough crystal, do two energy recharge and buy gold chest + key for quick money or equipment.

Heroes

Heroes form the core of your army. Your priority early game is to get 4-star heroes as early as possible. DO NOT BUY GOBLET. For every goblet (80 crystals) you get 16 silver refresh. While silver refresh may not “always” yield a 3- or 4- star, after 16 tries you definitely will get two, three 3 stars and if you are lucky a couple of four stars. “Always” is in quotation mark because, opposite to what it is stated in the tavern page, goblet is NOT 100% guaranteed to yield a 3 or 4 star. There are a lot of sad stories on the forum.

Until you get Nicolai, the bowman on a horse, your priority for crystal use can only be for heroes refresh. Personally I prefer saving up a bunch of crystal (300 - 400) and do silver refreshes. With no proof or whatsoever, it feels like the more crystal you consecutively gamble at once, the more frequent it will be toward the later tries. I started with about 10, 13 refresh per 3-/4- star, but toward the end I see one every 4, 5 refreshes.

Normal stages vs Elite Stages
Skills will be essential to your army’s attack power and survivability. At max level, Nicolai’s active skill does 1900 damage to every enemy hero on screen. With a high level skill Nicolai, you can pretty much beat normal 100 without much of a resistance.

What does that have to do with Normal vs Elite stage? Farm scrolls and level up your 4-star’s active skill as much as you can. You will play 15 games instead of 20 out of 120 energy, you will not have as many equipment (see next section), you will get less experience and level up slower, but you will have some really scary attack power early on. At level 4, your 3 star cavalry deals 300 area damage which ignores armor. At level 10 3-star archer does 2500ish damage in 5 strikes.

With the gold cut in normal stage (stage with drop only gives half the gold) but not in Elite stage, you can get a lot more gold and use that money on leveling your minion’s level or skill levels.

Equipment

This doesn’t do not much damage to your enemy. My hero has 2191 attack, but even with critical hit he does 900-ish normal damage to enemy heroes. ARMOR REDUCTION WEAKENS NORMAL ATTACK, HENCE YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON SURVIVABILITYso your heroes can unleash their powerful skills. Logically, do worry too much about weapons but do pay a bit attention to armor, shoes, and ring. Head is the best kind of drop because it raises your HP by quite a bit.

Squad size and Level

They are hard to say. You do need minions to counter minions, and without a decent level they die off rather quickly. So I’d say early on make sure you have 12 minions for each of your 4 stars, and probably for two of your 3 star archers (they are really good even in later games) as well. Just make sure you can keep pace with the rate enemy minions dying. Remember, the core of your army is your heroes and their skills, though no man should or can be an island.

Prestige Level

This determines how many heroes you can bring to battle and enemy’s level in encounter battles. You want some prestige level to allow multiple heroes, but always focus on leveling up hero’s skills. You are leveling up everyone slowly anyways.

too high of a prestige level without strong skills will only be detrimental in encounter battles. I am currently level 59, bring one less heroes to the encounter battler than those lv 65 players, but I can roll over them with ease most of the time.

The stated AP
in the formation page should be taken with a grain of salt. Other than a few achievements and reward, they are not accurate assessment of your army. My 33125 AP army easily defeat Elite 93 of AP 37756. AP’s inaccurate and with some luck and good enough hero skill, you can press very far.

Givre's AOE calculation

Givre did a short calculation to examine a notion he had in regard to all 4* heroes AOE skills damage output. Seeing the results, he feels that he should share with everyone.
The notion he has and is examining is that the damage output of all 4* heroes AOE skill should roughly do the same amount of damages in each battle regardless of their activation rate. And no 4* hero is equipped with an AOE skill that is far superior then the rest of the other 4* heroes. My notion and calculation does not including Merlin and Uriah.

The activation rate of 4* heroes AOE skills
-     Galahard AOE skill is 30% with damage approx 1280 at level 50+
-     Belthor AOE skill 40 % with damage approx 1010 at level 50+
-     Shazzo AOE skill is 40% with damage approx 950 at level 50+
-     Sarky AOE skill is 50% with damage approx 830 at level 50+
-     Helmar AOE skill is 50% with damage approx 790 at level 50+
-     William AOE skill is 50% with damage approx 790 at level 50+

Kindly note that the damage output numbers are an approximate of what he could remember when his heroes are at or around that level.
As you can see that higher damage output is associated with lower activation rate. Also note that the activation rate might differ in each battle. The damage output for all of these heroes is about the same for each battle.

Assumptions:
Assuming that for any heroes, the maximum times a hero can use their AOE skill is 20 times. He knows that the activation rate of a hero AOE skill is not based on the maximum number of times a hero can use his AOE skill. It should be based on the number of times a heroes uses his normal attack in a battle or so. To bring across my concept to everyone, and for the purpose of calculation, I will base the activation rate of a hero AOE skill on the maximum number of times a hero can use his AOE skill in a battle, which I set it at 20 times. Assuming that in every battle, if the hero AOE skill activation rate is 50%, then that hero will only use his AOE skill 10 times, no more no less. In actual battle, heroes might use more or less of their AOE skills.

Givre's Calculation:
1)   Heroes with AOE skill activation rate of 50%, which include Sarky, Helmar, and William.
Assuming each of this hero’s AOE skill will activate 10 times in each battles.
Then each of these heroes' AOE damage output for each battle will be around 8033 (((830+790+790)/3)*10).

2)  Heroes with AOE skill activation rate of 40%, which include Belthor and Shazzo.
Assuming each of this hero’s AOE skill will activate 8 times in each battles.
Then each of these heroes' AOE damage output for each battle will be around 7840 ((1060+980)/2)*8).

3)  Hero with AOE skill activation rate of 30%, which include Galahard.
Assuming this hero's AOE skill will activate 6 times in each battles.
Then this hero's AOE damage output for each battle will be around 7680 (1210*6).

Givre's Conclusion:

As you can see, the damage output of all these heroes are about the same, with a maximum different in damage output of 353, which is considered a small difference.
My calculation only reflects the AOE damage of these heroes, not their def, hp, and other stats. I am not saying that a certain hero as a whole is better than any of the other 4* heroes. I am just wanted to find out is there a big difference in the damage output of each 4* hero since their AOE skill have different activation rate and damage. With the result, I can say that there is not much difference.

In addition, the numbers of my damage approx for each hero might be a bit off so the results on the AOE damage output of heroes with 30%, 40%, and 50% might also be skewed a little. However, I am certain that even if my numbers are a little off, the result of my calculation on all 4* heroes AOE damage output is about the same notion will still hold.
